Just got an email from an associate of ours who is doing some promotion for Aaron Lacrate. She wanted to show me MZ Streamz who is the latest adition to Lacrate’s Milkcrate Records label.

MZ Streamz - Tear It Up
The tune is your typical Debonir Samir B-More club sound with the B-More converted James Brown breaks that were popular in the 90′s accompanied by thumping 808 kicks an hand claps and your standard B-More hood rat rapper chick over the top. The format has become quite familiar and has blown up as of late and has therefore been done to death but, hey – it works, (see Blaqstarr & Rye Rye’s Shake It To The Ground for recent similar vibes). Hopefully soon the Lacrate/Samir partnership will find a new direction to take the club sound in which doesn’t result in the slightly dubious electro B-More they have been making lately and still involves 808′s, James Brown breaks an filthy early 90′s rap samples.
